Pet Policy
What is the pet policy?
Our community uses petscreening.com for all animal screening before move-in and renewal.
A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 is required per pet, and pet rent is $25.00 per month.
Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.
Do service animals and emotional support animals follow the pet policy at Bartlett Lakes?
No. Assistance animals (service animals and emotional support animals) are not pets under fair housing law, so they are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or breed and weight restrictions. If you have an assistance animal, let the leasing team know and they will walk you through the accommodation process.
