We are a pet-friendly community and love our furry friends! Dogs and cats are permitted, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. All animals must complete the screening process through PetScreening.com prior to move-in.
For dogs and cats, a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet and may be subject to PetScreening.com recommendations. Fish, birds, and other approved caged pets do not require a pet fee or monthly pet rent; however, PetScreening.com registration is still required.
Restricted Dog Breeds: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas. Exotic animals are strictly prohibited.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file.
Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

We know furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community.
